You can use whatever temperature you like. However, for a deeper exfoliation, warmer water will help to soften and remove dead skin cells. Whereas if using as a regular cleanser, cooler water will offer a more refreshing cleanse and tighten up pores.

If you run the tablet continuously under water, it will completely dissolve after about 1 minute.

No. Each tablet is intended for one time use. Saving the tablet can cause bacteria to accumulate and be harmful to your skin.

We recommend using 1 daily, although it is safe to use multiple tablets per day.

If using as a gentle exfoliant or cleanser, day or night is fine. However, when using the buffing function, we recommend nighttime use so it can be followed up with a mask or nourishing treatment afterward.
